Extension data
Aero saves the pages you choose to remember. A saved item can include the page title, address, source type, topic tags, a short text snippet, and the time it was saved. Aero also stores your search scope, snippet length, theme, and handbook position.
This information is stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your device. Aero does not send it to our servers and does not require an account.
Browser permissions
Aero uses the active tab and scripting permissions only after you open the extension, so it can read the current page that you choose to save. Storage keeps your saved library and preferences locally.
Bookmark and history permissions let Aero include those Chrome sources in search when that option is enabled. Those results are requested from Chrome for the search and are not added to your Aero library unless you separately save a page. The favicon permission displays recognizable site icons.
This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, or cookies. Standard hosting infrastructure may process basic request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver the site and protect the service.
Your choices
You can delete individual saved items, clear the Aero library, export a backup, or import a backup from the extension settings. Removing the extension also removes its locally stored data according to Chrome's extension storage behavior.
You can disable bookmark and history search by selecting Aero Only in settings. Chrome also lets you review or remove extension permissions.
Support communication
If you email us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond to your request. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising.
