Your local library

Aero saves the pages and screen text you choose to remember. A saved item can include a title, page address, source type, tags, notes, snippets, recognized text, highlights, and saved time. The launch version of Aero Pro keeps library content in Chrome's local extension storage.

Screen-text capture processes the selected image region on your device with the OCR engine packaged in the extension. The screenshot is not uploaded or stored after recognition.

Chrome disclosures and permissions

Chrome's standardized privacy form covers data an extension handles, including data processed only on the device. A listed category does not mean Aero uploads, sells, or shares that data.

Aero reads website content only when you use a save, capture, or search feature that needs it. History and bookmark permissions let Aero include those Chrome sources in search. Storage, context menu, scripting, active-tab, favicon, offscreen, and New Tab permissions support the features described in the extension and Store listing.

Pro account data

If you create an Aero Pro account, we process your email address, authentication records, subscription status, plan, billing timestamps, device labels you register, and operational security events. Supabase provides account authentication and database infrastructure.

Local library content is not uploaded in the launch version. Encrypted sync is not currently included in the paid plan. If it launches later, this policy and the product will explain what is uploaded before the feature is enabled.

Payments

Razorpay processes checkout and recurring subscription payments. Aero receives subscription identifiers, payment status, invoice or receipt references, amounts, currencies, and billing events needed to provide access and support. Aero does not receive or store complete card details.

Website and service records

The Pro website uses the cookies required to keep you signed in. Hosting, account, and payment providers may process IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and fraud signals to deliver and protect the service. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

You can delete individual local items, clear your library, export a local backup, or remove the extension. You can cancel a Pro subscription from your account. Account and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.

You can download account metadata or schedule account deletion from your account. Scheduled deletion has a seven-day cooling-off period. When it runs, Aero stops any live subscription and deletes the account and related server records. Your local extension library is not deleted. Some financial records may be retained separately when required by law.
