Using Aero

Aero is a browser extension for saving, organizing, finding, and revisiting information. You may use it for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the content you save and for respecting the rights of websites and other people.

Your account

You must provide an email address you control and keep access to your account secure. Do not share sign-in links or verification codes. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Pro subscriptions

Paid features, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are described at checkout and in the terms of sale. A completed checkout does not grant access until Aero verifies the subscription with the payment provider.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Aero dependable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failures, or events outside our control. We may change or discontinue features. If a material change affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Aero, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe systems without permission, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

Ownership

You retain rights to content you save. Aero, its design, software, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service while you follow them.

Warranty and liability

Aero is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that Aero will preserve the only copy of important information. Keep an independent backup of data you cannot replace.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute relating to Aero or Aero Pro are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
